My take is Ebukam is not getting cut, they want Kelly and Fries back.

Not surprising on Ebukam. He was really productive his first year here. It might even make some sense to give him a short extension to make some cap space.

Not surprised on Fries either, but I am surprised to hear that about Kelly. I'm pretty sure he's gone unless he agrees to a big home town discount.

I watched it, typical Ballard.

I actually gleaned more from JJ's interview w/Daniel Jeremiah. Jeremiah mentioned that it is really hard to develop players in the NFL anymore, because of the limited practice time and off-season schedule. Yet, Ballard always preaches about developing players and being patient, because they will reach their potential by year 3.

Here's a novel idea... draft guys that can play football and stop drafting athletes.
