I would keep Jeff at HC. At the same time I would release Ballard or let him resign.

I would bring in Louis Riddick for new GM. He is well respected for his personnel knowledge. I believe he use to work with the Ravens.

Someone's is going to hire him, wish Irsay would give him a chance like he did with Saturday..... JMO

It's out of the box thinking keep Saturday make Riddick new GM.

At the same time Irsay may be thinking Rooney and planning on getting rid of Saturday.
But why if you hire Riddick as your GM?

Riddick knows his shit and he will bring better players to win right now.

Everyone worried about cap and Ballard is a genius at it? No he is not, Stafford went to over the cap team(Stacked Team) won a SB. Now they suck from releasing players

Need to be able to release the right players and not over pay for the self righteous, well I drafted them keep in house..LMFOA!!!

It will be interesting to see the responses on this thread after the Eagles game on Sunday. If the Colts win, Saturday will be a genius, the next Lombardi....if they get crushed (likely) he will be a bum!:D

I wouldn't right him off as a bum after Eagles loss. Remember he is still playing with same players Frank had that Ballard provided.

If he wins, make him HC next year with different GM. Colts will take back the division.
