Anyone can play. You pick one team to win each week. If they win, you advance. If they lose, you're out. You can only pick a team once per season. So for example if you pick the Colts week one and they win, you can't pick them again.

That's the basics of it. Other freaks might want to add more info though.

Also if you miss picking one week you're out.
