Thank you. This guy seems to have it figured out - he sits out most of the regular season and then signs with a playoff caliber team at the end of the season. No season-long wear and tear on his body and he can collect those playoff bonus checks too.

BTW - that is one huge picture of him on the link you posted.

Wonder why the Nelson at tackle experiment was dropped? Seemed like he did alright.

Fuuuuuuck. Well I guess he is better than any of our backups at this point. Think I know what our first round pick will be if we don’t go QB. Sad a guy off the street a few days before a game will probably be better than our backups. Such a hard position to play.

I think Nelson would be damn good at any position on the O-line. The guy is a freak. He's a bad ass!

He isn't as good at LT as he is at LG. He still performed adequately, but I thought he wasn't quite as agile as you'd like your LT to be. He seemed to have some trouble kick sliding on the outside.

Chrome, I think he is an older guy that can still play but didnt want to play with just anyone and waste his time. He want to win, find a contender and roll with it. We were the first that caught his interest (getting to play along side of the best guard in the game)

Don't know much about him, and maybe he isn't very good, But the options are slim.

I want Nelson to stay at guard. Kinda agree with Dam but I also think his ability to pull as a guard is probably top 5 in the NFL. Maybe the best Keep him at guard.

I wouldn’t rule him out playing it yet.
