Checked out his new cap number on Spotrac, and their spreadsheet reports that they’ve signed him to a 3 year contract worth $390 Million. I can only assume that Jim Irsay’s absence has allowed the big spender in Chris Ballard to emerge.

LOL. If Grover signed for $390 Million, he would have to play by himself!

It's $39 Million.
