Crabtree
Cut yesterday By the Ravens. Is anyone interested in this guy?
He seems like a decent fit from an ability and size perspective, would perhaps be relatively cheap, and would likely be a starting WR2/3 day 1, and would likely be amenable to to 1-2 year low-risk deal. He had a reputation at SF for being a spoiled diva, but back then all of the 49ers were a train wreck. So a bit of a red flag on attitude. He's 31, 6-1, 215 lbs. He would not be any sort of long term fix, but coule be a short term shore-up option for the colts WR issues, and would allow us to focus the draft on defense. |
No thanks..

I'd rather do nothing and just get by with Inman and Cain. I do think we'll bring in a WR2 in FA but it shouldn't be Crabtree.

There will be a lot of mediocre WR FA’s this year. I would say no, too slow and can’t separate. He was never fast to begin with.

Doesn't he drop everything? Didn't he have like 19 drops in one game?
edit: correction, I think it was actually 29 drops. |

He is tied for 3rd in drops last season, with 9 drops on 100 targets. Percentage-wise he's a bit worse off than Ebron, with 9 drops on 110 targets.
Brandin Cooks is the Only receiver with over 100 targets and zero drops. TY had 4 on 120. |
No thanks
