Stfu dq

Totally irresponsible guesswork by DQ re Andrew being washed up.

Just because he'll never play another down again doesn't mean anyone else won't.

We'll see what's left of Luck, if anything

I cant be dishonest and that I haven't had this thought as well. I think its highly likely he will play for us this season, and ten times as unlikely that his career is over.

And D'qwell Jackson should stfu.

This is about as helpful as he was on the field in his time here, which is to say not at all.

JACKSON: “I don’t think we are [going to see Andrew Luck again.] I don’t think we are. If you take a step back; if you look at most guy’s injuries around the league, if they been out for eight, nine, ten months, you’re talking career-ending injuries. No one’s mentioned that.

Well, Peyton Manning missed an entire season in 2011, and he wound up playing 4 more seasons. At the time, Manning was older than Luck is now, and his injury was much more career-threatening than is Luck's current injury that he is recovering from.

Yes, perspective. Also, DQ was talking about what is typical, and a QB missing a year is not typical. Brady and Manning both missed a year. Brees missed a bit of time with the same issue, and returned pretty good.

If that is really what you think, I don't know what to tell you.

Did Brees tear his Labrum? I know he had rotator cuff issues.

I'm not a doctor but I've had a torn labrum. There were multiple nights of shoulder subluxations and eventually dislocations just trying to sleep normally. I don't have the means the Colts or Andrew Luck does, but I could easily see his arm strength never being the same.

You lose a legitimate degree of shoulder mobility after getting injuries like this "fixed".

Him losing some velocity will not be surprising, how much who knows.
