The Redskins are Changing Their Name
o
The Boston Braves' inaugural season in the NFL was in 1932. One year later in 1933, they changed their name to the "Redskins." 4 years later in 1936, the franchise left Massachusetts for the nation's Capital, and became the Washington Redskins. 84 years later, under intense pressure from billionaire companies saying that they would no longer sponsor/support/sell the team's memorabilia with the name "Redskins" attached to it, the team's owner has announced that the name will be officially retired. I like the "ESTABLISHED 1932" portion of the logo, because it acknowledges that their franchise originated in Boston. o |

I've been thinking that Washington Redtape would be the most appropriate new team name.

I suspect that fans of rival teams (such as the Cowboys, the Giants, and the Eagles) will make fun of the new name by calling them "The Commies" ...... and pointing out that the Redskins' team colors are almost the same as that of the former Soviet Union. o |
Stupidest thing ever changing the name cause some soft ass pussies got their panties twisted up. This generation is the softest little bitches to ever grace this planet.
