This is the 2nd time the Browns have hired him since the Colts fired him. They didn't learn the first time.

Dorsey was the one who cut ties with Grigson. I think that was one of the first actions he took as GM. It appears that now that Dorsey is gone......the Browns are back to making fantastic decisions.
