If Fleetwood was coming to indy but Stevie Nicks was not going to be able to perform then Fleetwood has an obligation to let me know that. The same applies to football.

You can always start a class action. But again, injuries happen and how would you prove they knowingly lied to a fan base. Maybe at the time they believed everything was ok.
