Yea he doesnt see the whole field, but Ill be honest... I think maybe that is how he is being coached... Call the play and you have 2 reads.... then he has to run... He doesnt have time to go through the entire progression

He didn't turn the ball over, he was only sacked one time when he got caught from behind ....on a long developing play with no open receivers....

Is he a franchise QB? No but getting this upset over a back up QB is ridiculous

I am not all that upset about him? I am also really not all that high on him either, beyond being a solid backup. I do think he would look a lot better with quality coaching and a system that plays to his strengths and minimises his weakness.

He is arguably the best kicker in history. I know it wasn't easy but He practices and I'm sure he did in the conditions today. He has had a history of bad kicks in that stadium according g to the announcers. The team cleared the field pretty well for him. He has made plenty in the snow before.

He should e made that last one

It was basically impossible for him to hit a field goal from down the middle due to the field conditions. He only hit the XP because it was on the right hash, where they were able to clear the snow. Pagano was supposed to get him to the right hash, but of course managed to fuck that up.

Vinatieri missed two field goals from the middle where it was impossible to get footing. Hauschka only hit an XP.

Pagano, who never takes responsibility for anything, personally took responsibility for not getting Vinatieri to the right hash for the final kick.

Making the final kick was impossible given that.

As I said he has also cost us games with Q4 pick 6's. For a rookie QB with a shit coach and a shit scheme and zero off season to learn AND relative to Plan B (more Tolzein) keeping us competitive is quite an accomplishment I think. I actually tend to think he will be a very good back up over his career but my point is it's premature to label him yet. Time will tell and given the status of his contract we have time to see what his ceiling might be.

I just don't care for the fact that 12 weeks in now and he shows no signs of improving what he is seeing and how quickly he processes it and makes his decision. Hard to argue against what he may be like with a full off season, good coaching and an o-line that does not let him get battered every game.

They may have been Chuckles funny (pun intended) but know they are just tiresome.
