Will Carrol claiming incompetence of Colts medical staff

Listening to Grady and Big Joe and Will Carroll is on and he is Railing on the incompetence of the Colts medical staff. He's claiming that the Colts have been the single worst franchise re injury management for a DECADE under this medical team. He didn't say what metric he was using to support this claim but he asked how long can they mismanage medical isssues without being held accountable? He also said there was an unsubstantiated rumor flying that there was a basic medical test that is standard in managing a groin injury that was not done in managing VDs case. He asserted that the players don't trust the competence of the Colts medical team..........not sure what to make of all that but I suspect the finger pointing and blame game will continue until the great purge that we all know is coming finally happens to relieve some of the pent up pressure in this imploding organization.

This actually seems to be a legitimate issue and should probably be dealt with by Irsay immediately.

Luck was handled wrong. There are a number of cases where a player came back and quickly re-injured himself over the last 5-7 years. Now this with Davis. Absolutely get them the fuck out of the building.

Honestly, while I still think Pagano has to go, I just care less these days about that. None of this matters -- Pagano going, someone coming in, etc. -- until the leadership at the top is fixed.

So if the medical staff isn't good at diagnosing or managing injuries, what are they good at?

Pill supply?

Winning cures everything.

Relative to other owners, Irsay is not that bad. And he wants to win. Worse owners have fielded winning teams, no doubt.

Pagano leaving will matter.

Sure there are worse. But some of those terrible owners have shown improvement. Are there 10 that are worse?

We all want to win. But Irsay is going backwards inserting himself more when he should go back to letting people actually good at this do their jobs.

Right now, Irsay does not have the experience of a Bill Polian to lean on. But, yes, he does need to hire someone to run the entire football operations.
