Interesting. i was at the Jets game and I gotta say I was having flashbacks to last year. Different than last year, though, there is some leadership in the locker room (among other things). It's good to see TY is taking on a bigger leadership role.......

General manager Chris Ballard's investment into the Colts' offensive line has also paid off in Hilton's eyes.

"They're very different, man,” Hilton said. “They do a lot of things different than our past lines, they're playing tough, they're playing great.”

On a related note....I heard a snippet of an interview yesterday that Steven Holder was doing on one of The Fan shows...he was quoting Vinny from an interview he had with him in the last couple of days and was comparing the locker-room this year vs. last year and he used the words....and I quote "absolutely disgusted" by what he experienced last year. He wouldn't go so far to give specifics or say anything negative about the regime but we all know that a culture starts at the top. If guys in that locker room weren't playing for each other there's a reason. At a minimum it's a lack of leadership. Thank goodness that's changed.

This was already mentioned in another thread. This happens yearly by more than a dozen teams. Does it work? I dont know. Guess so this year. Colts themselves have had them in the past only to do nothing. Regardless they are very fun and exciting again.
