the Promotee's last year were myself and Balls Deep. I'm not sure I can commish a league I'm not in, but I will do double duty if need be.

If someone else wants to step up and take over the commish duties, speak up.

Do all of the settings carry forward from last year? Are there any changes that need to be made for this year?

Yea, all the settings carry forward, and it keeps the league history. All you need to do is schedule the draft.

In my other league, with 10 teams, I set my pre-draft rankings, had an auto-draft and got an "A"

In this league, with 16 teams, I drafted for myself and got a "C".
Maybe I should just spectate next time. :)
