Rams at Bucs/Divisional day 2 Thread

I didn't see any other thread started, so here y'all go. Mods feel free to delete if there's already a thread started.

Spike 01-23-2022 04:03 PM

Not necessarily a Rams fan, but I will be today. I have fucking Brady exhaustion.

Brylok 01-23-2022 04:06 PM

Fournette's return is making a difference already.

There's a thread for all of the divisional playoff games, but nobody cares about it.

But Brady missed on his two passes and Bucs had to punt. I can't tell you how much I would enjoy to see Brady get eliminated today and hopefully he retires. I'll go to my local bar and buy drinks for everyone in the place.

C&O, I did tell you yesterday, nobody goes there. We should, but it just doesn't happen anymore.

Here come the refs bailing out Brady again.

Spike 01-23-2022 04:14 PM

OBJ balling out.

His starting RT is out. Maybe that's affecting him?

Ohh. Yeah, sorry C&O. I didn't even look there even though technically all of these threads should be over there. "Wrong forum" style

nate505 01-23-2022 04:28 PM

Collinsworth can't help but to polish Brady's knob, even when he sucks

Brylok 01-23-2022 04:29 PM

Weak taunting call against Suh.

nate505 01-23-2022 04:31 PM

Perhaps, but on the other hand, fuck him.

TheMugwump 01-23-2022 04:36 PM

Go Rams Go!

This AND fuck Gronk too. Both those guys can ride off into the sunset, fall off their horses, and drown in a river.

I agree, but those are the fucked up rules. Don't give the refs an excuse, they are going to throw the flag.

Spike 01-23-2022 04:47 PM

Stafford to Kupp for the TD. Now another penalty on the Bucs. These honest refs are going to be fired or replaced at halftime.

TheMugwump 01-23-2022 04:47 PM

LOL...3rd and 20 and they get a 70 yard touchdown.

Hahahaha...screw you, TB.

That's probably one of those "lifetime reputation" calls, somewhat in the fashion of The Boy Who Cried Wolf ....... Ndamukong Suh has been such a dirty scumbag for so many years in the NFL, the refs are probably scrutinizing him more than most others.

Bill Laimbeer had a reputation for being a very dirty player in the NBA. In the 1987 Eastern Conference Finals, Robert Parish hit him with a 3-punch combination, chipping one of Laimbeer's teeth. The referee who was looking right at what happened wasn't more than 5 feet away from it all ....... and he didn't even call a foul on Parrish, let alone eject him from the game for throwing not just one, but THREE punches.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ow29Ea9hCQ

Parrish talks about what happened, many years later ......

Rumor has it that Chuck Pagano has replaced Bruce Arians as the Buccaneers' head coach for this game.

Unsportsmanlike against Brady. Hahaha

Fournette spiking a live ball right there should have been a 5-yard delay-of-game penalty ...... that was called against the Baltimore Colts in September of 1978, when one of their offensive players spiked the ball after he was tackled in-bounds in a nationally-televised game against the Cowboys.

Here's the game that I was referring to ...... I'll try to scroll through it , and find that delay-of-game call for spiking the ball. I remember that it occurred in the 2nd quarter, when the Colts finally got their first 1st down of the game.

Collinsworth can't believe how badly Brady is being treated!

Brylok 01-23-2022 05:18 PM

Rams look like they want to win. Tampa Bay doesn't.

Brylok 01-23-2022 05:33 PM

Tampa Bay is on life support. If the Rams didn't fumble there, it's game over.

OTHER DELAY OF GAME FOULS

(e) lSpiking or throwing the ball in the field of play after a down has ended, except after a score.

Turn out the lights, the party's overrrr...

Brylok 01-23-2022 06:04 PM

What a shit performance by Tampa Bay. I wouldn't be surprised if Brady and Bruce both retired.

nate505 01-23-2022 06:06 PM

This is fantastic so far

In 1989, the Rams and the 49ers played each other in the NFC Championship game.

All you gotta do is keep hold of the ball, and you fumble it, smh

Racehorse 01-23-2022 06:20 PM

LOL, Gronk short-armed that pass.

Racehorse 01-23-2022 06:23 PM

Here we go, two score game. Rams need to answer with a TD
