It was absolutely correct. I have some complaints about Ballard but this is noticeable and it is fucking fantastic.

Honestly just the first I've seen anyone in Colts brass criticize Pagano, even indirectly.

And yes, for Dam, Grigson absolutely contributed to this as well. Keeping guys on the roster that were clearly inadequate was one of his two biggest problems (as well as bringing in guys that were never going to be good enough in the first place).

Ballard/Reich seem like they’re BOTH a substantial improvement over their predecessors.

I also think the Reich/Luck pairing is a perfect combination.
