And, they did recover from that. They scored the go-ahead TD, and the Bengals failed to get themselves into field-goal range when they had plenty of time (1:25) and all 3 of their timeouts left.

The defensive holding call on the Bengals' defender was on 3rd down, not 4th down. The Rams may have scored a touchdown on the next play, something from which we will never know ...... just like we will never know how exactly the game would have played out if the referees had called the blatant offensive face-masking on the Bengals' TD pass which helped set the tone for the 2nd half.

Neither one of those plays occurred in a vacuum. One team made more plays than the other team did at the most crucial times in the game.

Watching some of the replays today and man there were some BAD calls at the end of the game that screwed the Bengals.
