When the season started we had maybe 6 known, quality starters on the roster. It's a work in progress

Of course you do, but my point is that the arrow is pointing up for this team.

TY tweaked his ankle.

I understand that but was BS IMO. He was to quick to call that as rogers kept moving and they know he was trying to get out, not move forward.

This game is somewhat reminiscent of the 2006 AFC Championship game, in which the Patriots jumped out to a 21-3 lead, and the Colts cut it to 21-6 just before halftime.

This time, Vinatieri missed the field goal attempt which would have cut this back to a 2-possession game (as the Colts did in the game against the Patriots 12 years ago.)

Also, the Colts' blocked punt for a touchdown was reminiscent of the 1967 Ice Bowl between the Packers and the Cowboys.

The Packers were dominating the first half, and had a 14-0 lead ........ but George De Andrie picked up a Bart Stahr fumble and returned it for a touchdown, getting the Cowboys back in the game at 14-7.

I could've seen us being down something like 21-13 at the half and ultimately losing something like 45-27.

But I never thought we'd be down 24-7 with our offense picking up zero first downs and scoring zero points against the Chiefs horrible defense. This is some really embarrassing shit.

Terrible look for Luck, too. He's going to rightfully be blasted by the sports media the next week or so. I know Mahomes is special, but he's more than living up to his hype in his first playoff start. Luck has playoff chops. He's "been there done that" and he's the one that looks like he's making his first playoff start today.

Well the last two playoff losses have been blow outs. Didn't they give up 50 both times.

One nice thing going for me is I laid the money down on the chiefs. Felt the Team was too young. Secondary is weak and TY hurt and no other threats. We have won with Luck in more ways than one. We have a lot of cap room and some drafting to do. We will be legit for a few years. Enjoy it.

Colts took the suspense out of this game in the first quarter.

Gimmick 01-12-2019 07:14 PM

It's both embarrassing and we're still playing with house money. Next year is our year.

But I don't want home field next year. I want to go in the cold and snow and run the ball right down someone's throat. This is bull**** today with how soft and scared the coaches have been coaching and the players have been playing.
