If Gay misses this kick, I'm going to blow up his fucking car in the parking lot.

End on a positive.

Anthony Richardson ought to be on the sidelines until his oblique is completely healed ...... obliques are among the most difficult of injuries to rehab, with a very high rate of recurrence for those who try to come back from them too soon.

o

o

From what we have seen so far, do other posters think that Richardson's oblique is 100% healed ???

If it is completely healed, then the rehab must have gone remarkably well, because those oblique injuries are among the trickiest and most challenging to rehab.

Don't think I can judge that. He ran with nice velocity and delivered a crushing blow and those last couple throws looked like they had plenty of heat on them- which I think says he is getting the hip rotation he needs?

He looks fine out there to me, at least physically. Whether that's "100%" I have no clue, but I can't tell much of a difference between his physical shape today as opposed to the first couple of weeks.

The Texans were losing by a score of 14-13 in the 2nd quarter.

They scored a TD, went for the 2-point conversion, and missed it.

I've said on numerous occasions that I don't like chasing down those points until the final 7 or 8 minutes of the 4th quarter ...... too much can happen if you start chasing them down earlier, and it is not unusual for that chasing to come back to bite a team in the ass when the final gun sounds.

Thanks, and I think that you're both right ...... unlike an ankle injury, it's really hard to tell whether or not a player is 100% healthy with an oblique injury.

Have we blitzed - at all? I don't recall it?

On the flip side, they have blitzed AR a ton.

Coaching, it matters.

I suspect that the Colts win this game by a score of ......

Fortunately we are playing the Dolphins.....

TheMugwump 10-20-2024 02:49 PM

Huge that they got the stop and get the ball right back here. Now to make hay while the (Richard) son shines!

TheMugwump 10-20-2024 02:53 PM

Where are the roll-outs? Where are the RPOs?

CletusPyle 10-20-2024 02:54 PM

I think I would put Flacco in, let's win this game and give AR another shot next week!

The Phins are bringing extras on every single snap. The pocket is collapsing.

Fuck it- replace AR with Gus and hope a blitzer literally kills him- the only realistic way we are gonna get rid of his pathetic no talent having fucking ass!

I wondered about that. But if Flacco comes in and rallies them, the talk all week will be about Flacco starting and it will be tougher to go with AR.

Butter 10-20-2024 02:58 PM

Maybe we should play Olubi at RB.

And most significantly, the Dolphins WITHOUT Tua Tagovailoa ...... the Dolphins without Tagovailoa is like staging a play without its leading star.

Well the fumble changed everything, maybe this will get AR going!

ChoppedWood 10-20-2024 03:00 PM

Nice! There was the RPO and it's effectiveness- that is something AR gives us that just isn't there with Joe on the field.

TheMugwump 10-20-2024 03:00 PM

With Kelly out, Smith is now the weak-link on the OL. The sooner they replace that dude the better.

Butter 10-20-2024 03:01 PM

Goodson is a shifty little son of a bitch

CletusPyle 10-20-2024 03:01 PM

Goodson is destroying Evan Hull's career, but he is looking pretty good today!:D

TheMugwump 10-20-2024 03:02 PM

Ten more TD like that this year and I'll almost forgive Goodson for the Houston drop last year.

Brylok 10-20-2024 03:03 PM

I have hope

ChoppedWood 10-20-2024 03:03 PM

Now bring some fucking heat!

nate505 10-20-2024 03:04 PM

Let's see if the momentum really shifted on this drive.

ChoppedWood 10-20-2024 03:04 PM

Latu!

nate505 10-20-2024 03:05 PM

Fuck yes, Latu just owned that tackle.

CletusPyle 10-20-2024 03:05 PM

Kenny Moore can accelerate!

Hell yeah- and then he brings Kenny off the edge- and he is fucking held- and he fucking still got there!

nate505 10-20-2024 03:06 PM

What a fantastic defensive stand. That was a real time look at momentum change right there. So satisfying to see when it's on the Colts side.

ChoppedWood 10-20-2024 03:07 PM

RPO, double move, Pierce for the sixer!

TheMugwump 10-20-2024 03:07 PM

Defense has been decent today.

Maybe a light bulb will go off in Gus's head...."hey I have some good athletes, maybe I should turn them loose?"

Butter 10-20-2024 03:08 PM

Fair catch muthafucker
