How much does losing help our draft status?

I need to know how mad to get if we lose to this shitty ass team that has even less to play for than we do.

Our defense fucking sucks. It's been total garbage the last half of the season. That's a pretty major concern going forward. I thought our defense was "closer" to being at least above average than they've shown the last 6-8 games of the season.
