A lot of rumors in this NFL.com post.

Bills unlikely to move up to #2:

Quote:

Appearing on Monday's edition of Good Morning Football, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport cautioned not to read too much into Bills GM Brandon Beane's history with new Giants boss Dave Gettleman.

"From what I understand, it's not going to be one of those things where they just sell out and (trade) all the way to No. 2 with the Giants," Rapoport said. "I would be at this moment surprised if that happens."

The Bills are more likely to pull the trigger if a signal-caller they like slips to No. 5 or No. 6, Rapoport added.

To a lesser extent, the speculation surrounding Buffalo's intentions applies to Miami at No. 11 and Arizona at No. 15.
Allen is not going to be the Browns pick:

Surprise! A source told @SI_PeterKing that Cleveland will NOT take Josh Allen with the first pick. Here's why the Browns may take Sam Darnold first:
Broncos could move up or down:

Quote:

5. Starting Monday, per NFL Network's James Palmer, the Broncos are going through hypothetical scenarios that involve trading out of the draft's No. 5 spot. While most speculation has centered on the possibility of John Elway trading down to collect picks, he's also open to a trade up.

Last year was pretty crazy with all the trades for QBs. This year's 1st round is shaping up to be even nuttier.

And you got Jackson and Rudolph. Pats apparently like Jackson.

Yep. I expect both of them to go Round 1 as well.

Per the Browns speculation above. Possible the Allen source was given fake info.

@AllbrightNFL
New #Browns front office is very concerned with finding out where the leaks have been coming from the last few years, and closing ranks/controlling the message, going forward.

IND trades #6 overall

BUF trades #12, #53 (2nd round), #56 (2nd round), #96 (3rd round)

BUF would then have #6, #22 and #65 (3rd round) to work with while IND would now be picking:

1st round - #12
2nd round - #36, #37, #49, #53, #56
3rd round - #67, #96
+ extra 2nd round pick in 2019.

8 picks in the top 100 of 2018 would be a pretty great way to super charge the "rebuild."

Would you trade for that combo?

Walk Worthy,

this would be an incredible trade

Walk Worthy,

Absolutely, then I'd use all that second round leverage to move back into the mid-late 20s, preferably before Pittsburgh.

No, #22 has to be in play.

Agree. I wouldn't move out of #6 unless I get get something like Smith/Edmunds+Landry/LVE/Evans.

@RapSheet: "The Arizona Cardinals may be the team to watch at this point. They certainly seem like they’re making the most phone calls about possibly moving up for a quarterback ... it’s safe to assume that 5 or 6 could be potential slots to trade for a quarterback."
Pretty sure Ballard doesn't want to drop that far, but it would give him better bargaining power to push Buffalo for both of their 1sts+.
