(GAME FOUR) Tonight, it's the opposite ...... the Pacers have 11 3-pointers heading into the 4th quarter, and the Thunder only have two 3-pointers ...... but like the Pacers in Game Three, the Thunder are still in the game in spite of this. Will the Thunder be able to do what the Pacers did in the 4th quarter of Game Three ??? Stay tuned. o |

The Thunder turned the tables in Game Four ...... just like the Pacers in Game Three, they were outshot badly from 3-point range in the first 3 quarters, but in spite of that they were still only down by a few points heading into the 4th ...... and like the Pacers in Game Three, the Thunder jumped on that opportunity and came away with a W. o |

First time on the board since the game Friday. What a bummer that was. Sure seemed like the Pacers were well on their way to Indy's first NBA championship, but now not so much .
Obviously a lot is being written and said about the 4th quarter, but IMO the final 2 minutes of the 3rd was just about as critical for OKC's comeback as anything that happened in the 4th. After going up 10 the Pacers went into hero ball mode for the rest of the 3rd, which between that and some missed FTs allowed OKC to get back to single digits to start the 4th. Also, a question for those who watch the NBA regularly - is pushing off by the offensive player essentially allowed now (much like traveling, etc.)? Reason why I ask is SGA pushes off with his off hand or elbow on damn near every single drive he takes, and the only thing that ever gets called is on the defender. |

(GAME FIVE) After being down by as many as 17 in the 2nd quarter the Pacers cut the lead to 2 points in the 4th, but then fell apart soon afterwards ...... the lead ballooned back up to 15 points with less than 3 minutes to play, and the Thunder coasted to a 120-109 victory. o |

(GAME SIX) It's win, or go home ...... but since the Pacers l already are l home, they may as well win and go on the road. o |

The Pacers are up by 22 points at halftime ...... if they blow this, it will go down as a historic choke ...... if not, they'll be headed to a different section of the Great Midwest for Game 7. o |

The Pacers took care of business in the 2nd half ...... now, they are rewarded with a winner-take-all Game 7 in Oklahoma City. o |
