Ellinger starts and either has what it takes or he doesn't, if he doesn't you start evaluating the QB's in this years draft and hopefully the Colt's do what is necessary to get the one they like. In the meantime maybe they make a deal or two for an OL or DT !! Going to be a fun final 10 games, looking at the rest of the schedule I don't see many wins.

No matter who the next QB is, Reich cannot be allowed to pollute them with whatever chaos he foments in these guys. Dude is in NO way some form of QB whisperer, he is just a whisperer and his voice needs to be completely lost!

Ballard is as much or more to blame than Reich. Going into the season with Pryor and Pinter as starters should get him fired on principle alone.
