That particular amendment to the rules really pisses me off.

If there's a holding penalty, make the team make a decision ........ either accept the 10-yard penalty and replay the down, or decline the penalty.


This shit where they simply tack on 10 yards at the end of the play removes the responsibility of the team/head coach of having to make a decision.
