Hines and Mack are fucking up the Jags.

Brylok 12-29-2019 06:39 PM

McLaughlin's extra points have been iffy. Could have missed both of them. We still need competition at that spot

Thorgrim 12-29-2019 06:40 PM

I think we get a turnover.

Down the middle or graze an upright is the same thing

First one floated and barely went in right. Second knuckle balled and barely went in left

WaynesWorld87 12-29-2019 06:48 PM

"Brissett, of the 32 starting NFL quarterbacks, holds the ball the longest."

Then the commentator backs it up with a statistical fact.

Get rid of the fucking ball dumbass!!

Brylok 12-29-2019 06:52 PM

And then he hits from 50 yards

Colts And Orioles 12-29-2019 06:52 PM

o

Chase McLaughlin just might be a good player to hold onto for next season, presuming that Adam Vinatieri retires.

Good celebration slide by the Jaguars' kicker ........ his team is still losing by 4 points, though.

Brylok 12-29-2019 07:19 PM

Rock Ya-Singe isn't that good. Hope he improves

Spike 12-29-2019 07:27 PM

JB just sucks, no other way to put it.

So does Eberflus' defensive scheme. At least it's current configuration

WaynesWorld87 12-29-2019 07:32 PM

I really hope we're secretly trying to lose this game, because there's no damn reason we should lose to this team. Especially by allowing their offense to carve us up like this with a rookie QB and their best offensive player in street clothes.

Yep, defense has looked terrible.

I'mma start warming up for the off-season threads. "We need a damn pass-rusher". Been saying that for years now

They need a big time passrusher

WaynesWorld87 12-29-2019 07:46 PM

Yeah, Reich isn't "super serious" about winnign this game. He's punted and/or elected for a FG several times today in situations he would've gone for it on 4th down in other games this season.

We need 4 on the Dline . and secondary in a big way.

Puck 12-29-2019 07:48 PM

Id challenge that if I were JAx

Brylok 12-29-2019 07:54 PM

Haha. Only JAX could fumble the ball forward for 15 yards and get a first down against the Colts

WaynesWorld87 12-29-2019 07:54 PM

Fuck this defense. I can only hope it's a case of the players not giving a shit, because there's no reason to be getting gashed by the Jaguars offense. Of course our defense has sucked ass for the past 6 weeks, so this isn't a big surprise.

Dude. It's the last game and doesn't really matter. You should calm down. You're gonna wind up with high blood pressure or risk of stoke or something

Brylok 12-29-2019 08:02 PM

That being said, I understand it. That last series was a disaster. Brisket is awful

RCAChainGang 12-29-2019 08:03 PM

Just feels like Jacoby only throws it if he has someone wide open. I think he knows he just doesn't have the accuracy to fit it into tight windows. Frank Reich said that the number one trait for a QB is accuracy. I have to think that he knows that Jacoby isn't the long term answer.

Fair enough. How much does going 7-9 improve our draft status?

Chromeburn 12-29-2019 08:04 PM

Brisset has someone open and failed to see him.

We tried to sign Calais Campbell and the Jags outbid us.

Could be the difference between 10 and 16

Brylok 12-29-2019 08:06 PM

Colts need to sign Nguankwe or however you spell it. JAX #91. He wants 22 to 24 million and we can afford it

Inexcusable with all of the money they are sitting on and very little pressure against the pass this year.

RCAChainGang 12-29-2019 08:06 PM

KC was very secretive about their intention to draft a QB when Ballard was there and they traded up for Mahomes. I fully expect the coach speak that Jacoby is their QB, but also think we use a meaningful pick (first 3 rounds) on a developmental guy behind him.

No way--Ballard will go shopping in the clearance section so he can sit on 90 million for re-signing their own. If only some of their own was worth keeping.

Brylok 12-29-2019 08:09 PM

Colts gave Luck 24 million for free. I'd rather pay that to Ngankwe

There's, like, 2 players on defense worth keeping. If he sits on the mountain load of cap space without signing some potential defensive difference makers, the fan base will start to turn on him over the course of next season.

Brylok 12-29-2019 08:13 PM

Now it's bloody embarrassing. Just pack it in already. Dreadful

We are going to be in nice shape on draft day. The loss by Washington today just sweetens the pot in the second round. It’s still hard to watch such a disgusting performance against a garbage team.

The other good thing is Jaggoff may keep Maroon now..... had we won... who knows

jasperhobbs 12-29-2019 08:19 PM

There is no doubt, Brissett is not the answer

Get ready for Reich and Ballard to stand behind him and say they are rolling with him. Doesn't mean it is true.
