Unless you meant for Chubb. TB or CHI could conceivably give a 2nd to move up to 5. It’s the type of thing the Bears have done each of the last two years.

I have now seen from a couple of sites recently that a trade with BUF would not be both of their 1st round choices but instead be something like:

IND trades #6 overall

BUF trades #12, #53 (2nd round), #56 (2nd round), #96 (3rd round)

BUF would then have #6, #22 and #65 (3rd round) to work with while IND would now be picking:

1st round - #12
2nd round - #36, #37, #49, #53, #56
3rd round - #67, #96
+ extra 2nd round pick in 2019.

8 picks in the top 100 of 2018 would be a pretty great way to super charge the "rebuild."

I would not, but I can see why others would. Under no scenario would I accept less than 12+22+ for the 6th pick, and I don't think I would even do that. I'm staying at 6 and taking one of the top 4 players in the draft.

I absolutely would. And with the supposed relatively flat level of talent after the mid first round I’d probably prefer it to 12 + 22.

I agree, at 12 and 22, you can get one of the premium players, and then someone like LVE later in the first, and that's probably more impact than would come from the extra 2nd round picks.

On a typical roster I’d probably agree. But not on this current Colts team. Between the overall lack of talent from the Grigson years and the defensive scheme change there are just so many holes on this roster. Those 2 second round picks should be starters.

It's a balance. A lot of 2nd round picks turn out to be mediocre players. The Colts need stars, too. I would take my chances with #22, which you can always turn around and trade down if you don't love your options there.

Robinson from the Titans says that he's interested in acquiring more picks, making #25 a trade up possibility.

I would definetly take that. They are right, it is a Deep draft. I want more picks in the 3rd and4th. There are good players in there.
