If we lose Lou, and the Titans hire a guy who wants his own DC, I would take Dennard Wilson.

His resume speaks for itself and if rather have the guy that’s more aggressive, and good players wanna come play for him to me that’s a positive as well

Also, Lou doesn't coach the D-line. He tells the D-line coach what he needs from the D-line. Obviously, he wasn't getting what he needed.

Who the fuck knows what the deal is with JJ, he seemed to play some reasonably good downs for us in the past, the guys he was playing in his spot certainly weren't doing that.

I get that we were injured in the backfield and thus we couldn't play this aggressive get after it scheme we allegedly were going to, but fuck man, when we were reasonably healthy, we didn't look like some power house beat your ass defense, we looked like a modest upgrade from Gus' potentially worst scheme in history.

Uhh, the Bengals went from 24th in total defense last season to dead last this year. So they actually got significantly worse when Lou left.

Meanwhile, the Colts got much better from last season, especially in run defense.

Lou is not the problem. Give him a better pass rush and a few healthy corners and he’ll he just fine.

Surprised Lou would be up for head coaching jobs since our D in the 2nd half was less than stellar this year (although injuries certainly played a big role in that). With that being said I hope we don't lose him.

Guessing the FO let Partridge know he'd be let go after the season since he's taking the same role at ND. Probably a good thing since as we've all discussed the DL has regressed his he came on board.

Anarumo was the reason Ballard went bananas on the secondary this year. It's what drives his defense.

Bynum, Ward, Walley, Howard, Blackmon (maybe) and Gardner were all atypical acquisitions. Anarumo wants a different type than Eberflus or Bradley did, and he needs the secondary to be the focus.

Our safeties stayed solid all year, but our CBs never got started, let alone got in a rythym and gelled throughout the season. Hopefully he returns and the injury bug doesn't force us into our 6th, 7th, and 8th option at CB vs some of the stronger teams in the league.

The Titans have officially started to request interviews with candidates...this list is just their start because they are expected to interview 10 - 15 people in total for the job.

- Broncos DC Vance Joseph
- Chiefs DC Steve Spagnuolo
- Colts DC Lou Anarumo

Add the Giants to the official interview list.

This interview was always expected due to Lou's many ties to the club.

The #Ravens and long-time decorated head coach John Harbaugh are parting ways after days of discussion, per The Insiders.

Major decision in Baltimore.

Makes me feel like the rumors about him and Lamar having issues were true

So I've been scanning the coaching rosters of the teams that have fired their HC, and haven't noticed a D-Line coach that impresses me much.

What say you? I don't want another college coach either.
