It was likely a DB given that they had Cross manning up the TE, and there was no over the top help on Atwell. Anarumo runs a lot of dime. It's possible it was Bachie or a DL, but IMO much more likely a missing DB.

Perhaps the most famous/infamous play ever with 10 players on the field was when Miami, Fla blocked a Notre Dame punt in 1985 ...... in spite of the fact that the Miami, Fla team only had 10 players on the field. ) :eek:

Anarumo just confirmed that he was going to double Puka on that play. So actually probably was Hilton that was supposed to be out there rather than Thomas playing shell like I speculated.

May not have mattered, but probably would have moved Bynum over to the other hash and he possibly could've reached Atwell.

Would not have helped Blackmon not tackle himself.
