I'm concerned about this O-Line. Need veteran depth.

With the rumblings that were going around, I'd expected something like 4/64, but 5/88 was not something I thought I'd see. No reason to pay him at that price.

We didn't have veteran depth last year, went with Goncalves and Bortolini. But have to replicate that in the draft again. I fully agree, depth is a huge concern across the entire roster.

We have now resigned both French and Pinter, so there is some inside experience.

We could have used the extra cap space spent on bring in Jones over a cheaper back up (like Minshew) to have re-signed Kelly.

One reporter covering the Giants has stated that Fries' final decision was between the Vikings and Giants.

Besides money, the Giants could have offered a bit of a homecoming for Fries. He was born in Staten Island and grew up in Cranford, NJ - located relatively close to NYC.
