That 2-yard completion on 4th and 18 may have been the difference between making and missing that field goal ........ it may have banged off of the upright if it had been a 41-yarder instead of a 39-yarder, as Vinatieri just barely snuck the ball inside the left bar.

Kelly has a much better arm but also a very good pair legs. He would give the offense a better chance to make something happen out there.

Two weeks after Luck announced his retirement, I wish someone would've told me that we were one injury away from Brian Hoyer being our starting QB. Then I wouldn't have gotten complacent and over Luck's retirement so quickly.
