I’m guessing San Francisco will be the spot. If that happens, I think Garrappolo has a decent shot at ending up in Indy.

I hope not. Giving up a draft choice and having Garrappolo being the man going forward for the foreseeable future doesn't sound like anything to get excited about. Would rather draft our own mediocre qb.

Rams emerging as a favorite?

I more had in mind as a free agent, assuming he’s not included in the trade. If he’s not, he’s gonna get cut, because no one is gonna give them anything with Stafford there.

Now, New England would be the obvious destination, but we don’t know if he’d even be interested in that. There would be much better situations.

Trade seems to be heating up and could happen before the super bowl.

Colts and 49ers are favorites. Rams are a sleeper supposedly.

The ultimate irony ........ The "Detroit Free Press" has a pay-wall.

This is an extremely fluid situation where I get the feeling everyone is talking out their asses. I am enjoying it as there is nothing else to do (I am one of those idiots that believes COVID is dangerous and is isolating). People are now thinking that the Colts will not be involved in bidding up Stafford. Thinking is Ballard may be willing to put resources into trading up in the draft, even if it means multiple #1's. There are a ton of options at qb out there. Get this one right Ballard!!

Not excited about Jimmy G in a Colts uniform. I wouldn't trade much for him at all. He's really too damn injury prone to top it off. Let him go to the Patsies.

100% correct. I don't see the Rams as a viable option, Rams are stuck with Goff.
