So those of you that were waiting to get your service renewed you should be able to this week in time for football.

I will only be offering 2 service. One is TV only and the other is TV/Movies/Series

I will update when everything is set up so that you can get your orders in. And I will post any changes to the pricing if necessary.

Most of you do not have the newest service which is a lot better than anything we have offered in the past

For those that already have service, it will continue as normal until your next billing. At that time you will need to switch to one of these two services.

Let me know if you have any questions.

A. Congrats! I hope that taking over the service works out for you!

B. As long as we get clear instructions on how to switch over to the new service, I am good to go!

C. Is the new service using the View TV app? If so, we are on the new one.

It is a very easy change. It will be a different app though.

If you all want TV service before the weekend DO NOT wait until Friday Sat Sun to ask. Ashley is overwhelmed right now with the amount of people signing up.

Congrats Puck! Hope all goes well for you. Will you guys be sending out emails on how to switch to the new service, or will we have to call Ashley to proactively change?

I was wondering the same thing, my next billing cycle isn't until October 14th, not sure if I should wait 3 weeks or switch now?

Good question ......

When is the best time to join, in order to maximize your viewing benefits to coincide with the monthly bill ??? The 1st of the month ??? Does the billing period start the day that you join, and then charge you every 30 to 31 days after that specific date ???

Will the TV/Movies/Series be the same as it is now and at the same price? Wi

The email I got from Ashley did leave lots of areas for questions.

She’s always fixed any issues I have had.

Hopefully that continues.

C&O...I can only speak for myself, but my credit card is always charged for the service on the 24th of the month, my guess is that is when everyone is charged?
