Did I see some birds flying on camera? Isn’t that a closed stadium?
|
Bummer they couldn't get a TD, but glad they took the points.
|
So damn close. I'll take a score of any kind before the half, but a TD would've been nice, especially with the Raiders getting the ball to start the third quarter.
|
Nice to have a lead at half. Hope the D keeps the norm and shuts the raiders down n the second half.
Still think this one will be close Had reservations in Sodas Picks on who to take. |
o
That play by the Raiders' defensive back to force the incompletion actually helped the Colts more than it helped the Raiders ........ if he had let him catch the ball and tackled him, the Colts would have had to use their final time out and kick the field goal right away. As it was the incompletion stopped the clock, which allowed the Colts keep their timeout in their pocket and run one more play from scrimmage to try to get the TD. It wound up falling one yard shy of costing the Raiders 4 points. o |
I’m honestly surprised Reich didn’t go for it there. Maybe he is gun shy after that try last time.
|
We should still have 7 more pts, that non PI call still pisses me off

Even Frank Riech's ultra-brazen coaching style has its limits ........ after Kenny Moore's INT denied the Raiders a chip-shot field goal on the previous drive, I think that you have to make sure that you come away with points right there to rub salt into the Raiders' wounds to accentuate the momentum swing. o |
Let's hope the Colts defense can continue their second half performance.

3 and out lets go
