His 10 and 20 yard splits are elite, as are his shuttle and 3 cone times. So basically, he's quick, fast enough for the first 20 yards, and huge with long arms. Just don't make him run with the fastest WRs on go routes.

Yeah, he's clearly there everywhere else, and I'm not complaining about his 40 time. I would just think someone rated 9.99 out of 10 would be green across the board, which makes me curious to see the formula and how each measurement is weighted.

It's the size. CBs just aren't 6'3".

I posted in the other thread... he's basically a slightly bigger and more athletic Richard Sherman who was also a Gus Bradley guy.
