For months Titan fans have been crowing about how Levis sucks and the Colts will end up with him every time someone talked about the rumor. Then they end up drafting him.

Surprised it's that high since his 40 time isn't the best. It should be plenty good for Bradley's D, but still relatively slow for a CB.
